MyEstate Staff Training Closure | 3 November 2026

MyEstate Closed for Staff Training — Tuesday 3 November 2026

MyEstate’s office will be closed on Tuesday 3 November 2026 while our whole team takes part in British Landlords Association training.

Keeping our knowledge current is an essential part of looking after your property. We are setting aside this time to strengthen our team’s understanding of lettings, compliance and the procedures that protect landlords and tenants.

What training is the team doing?

All team members will be undertaking the following courses:

  • Letting Agent — strengthening knowledge of the lettings process and the responsibilities involved.

  • Residential Eviction — developing understanding of possession procedures and the importance of following the correct legal process.

  • Renters’ Rights Act Masterclass — building knowledge of rental reform and what it means for landlords, tenants and our work.

  • Core Compliance – England — reinforcing the responsibilities and procedures that underpin professional property management.

Investing in better service

Training the whole team helps us work more consistently, communicate more clearly and recognise when an issue needs further attention.

For our clients, that means a team better equipped to answer questions, handle enquiries and support the day-to-day management of their properties.

Contacting us during the closure

Please email luton@my-estate.co.uk, including your name, property address and contact number. We will respond as soon as possible after training.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
