Richard Gedall is the Director of My Estate and a qualified member of both NAEA Propertymark and ARLA Propertymark, holding the professional designations MNAEA and AARLA.

Before entering the property industry, Richard developed his approach to customer service while working within prestigious five-star hotels in London, the Middle East and Australia. That international hospitality experience taught him the importance of presentation, discretion, personal attention and consistently high professional standards—principles that now shape the service delivered by My Estate.

With more than 15 years of property-industry experience, Richard has extensive practical knowledge of residential sales, lettings, property and portfolio management, HMOs, block management, Right to Manage, leasehold matters, property compliance, land and development opportunities.

Richard works closely with homeowners, landlords, investors, freeholders, leaseholders and developers. He is known for taking personal responsibility for complex matters, communicating directly and finding practical solutions where properties, tenancies or transactions require more than a standard agency service.

His aim is straightforward: to combine the personal attention of an independent local estate agency with the presentation, professionalism and service standards expected from the world’s finest hotels.
