Well done to the MyEstate team on passing their BLA training

Congratulations to Matt, Rona, Beverley, Ann, Naveed and Vikki on passing their British Landlords Association courses and receiving their certificates.

Each team member completed training relevant to their role at MyEstate Luton, across lettings, finance, property inspections, administration and office management. Between them, the team passed courses covering:

• Core Compliance Training

• Renters’ Rights Act Masterclass

• Residential Eviction Course

• Letting Agent Course

• Disrepair Course

• Rent Arrears Course

These are subjects our team deals with every day. The training helps us handle repair reports, rent arrears and changes to rental rules with clearer communication and more consistent follow-up for landlords and tenants.
