£250.00 per quarter + VAT at 20%
£100 contribution to the sinking fund
The sinking fund contribution helps cover works such as repairs, guttering, and other minor maintenance items, helping blocks stay on top of day-to-day upkeep.
While we do not provide a full accounting service beyond matters directly relating to the block, we can recommend an accountant, liaise with them on your behalf, and assist with yearly taxable matters for Companies House purposes.
